Information about you is collected when you engage with one of our team of consultants either by entering a contract with him/her, submitting a query or made an enquiry about our services.
We may collect personal information about you from other people when we obtain medical reports, or when we liaise with your family, employers, health professional or other treatment or benefit provider.

We use your personal information to provide you with our services, and to improve and extend our services. We will always ask you for your consent to use this personal information, which will be kept as part of your medical records and if you change your mind, you are able to withdraw this consent at any stage. Time limit to respond

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
